Many years ago when Phil and Kadri first teamed up working for an international NGO, they spent much of their time on not-for-profit projects to help retraining teachers to develop the skills and knowledge to start afresh as English language teachers. Today they have come full circle and ILS now spends a considerable amount of time delivering free courses for refugees from the war in Ukraine. Our aim is the help our target group (women with dependents) to get better jobs through improved language and communications skills.
