Our Mission.
At International Language Services OÜ (ILS), we believe that effective language training is about creating opportunities, and building confidence to communicate in the real world.
Based in Tallinn, Estonia, we have been providing high-quality language training and testing services on/offline since 1998. Over the years, we’ve helped thousands of professionals, students, and organisations achieve their goals through practical, personalised, and professional language support.
What Makes ILS Different?
1. We focus on real-life communication.
At ILS, we believe that language learning should be practical and immediately useful. Our training goes beyond grammar and textbooks — we help you build the skills and confidence you need to communicate naturally in a foreign language at work, at university, or in daily life.
2. Tailored training for your needs.
Every client is different. We design courses around your goals, your industry, and your level. Whether you’re preparing for an important presentation, improving workplace communication, or aiming for an international qualification, we create a plan that works for you.
3. Experienced, qualified trainers.
Our trainers are native speakers with extensive teaching experience and professional qualifications. They know how to make lessons engaging, effective, and relevant to your needs.
4. Convenient and flexible.
We understand that our clients have busy schedules. We offer in-person and online training options, flexible timetables, and individual or group lessons — so learning fits seamlessly into your life.
5. Trusted testing centre.
Our long-term partnerships with government institutions, international companies, and individual clients speak for themselves. Many of our clients return year after year — a testament to our results and the relationships we build.
6. A proven track record in Corporate Social Responsibility.
At ILS we are proud of our numerous low cost of free teacher training and development projects and more recently our life skills project for refugees from the war in Ukraine ‘E4R’ – English for Refugees.
